I am an artist. How can I sell my works through 'Artwaley'?

If you are an artist you should register with 'Artwaley' at the "Sign Up" area. Our Art Panel will review your application on the basis of your uploaded artworks and bio data. If selected, we will send you an official mail within 7 working days with further details. 

Please note that we have a highly discerning collector base platform and the Art Panel's decision is final on this. You can log in to your account and post art works for sale.

Please upload your latest artworks that are available to be sold on our portal. You can edit and set your own prices anytime.

How do I set my prices on 'Artwaley'?

Artists can set their own prices for their very own art work/paintings on 'Artwaley'. However, they should ensure that they include the shipping charges and the Artwaley service commission as well.

What commission does Artwaley charge from artists on sales?

'Artwaley' currently receives 33% commission from artists on all artworks displayed and sold through the website. 

How do I know if my artwork is being sold through Artwaley?

When the buyer makes a payment or books a particular artwork, the respective artist will be informed by us immediately on your provided email. So, please provide us your active and genuine Email ID and contact number for quick updates regarding the same.

If my Artwork has been sold through 'Artwaley', then how do I get my share of payment?

If the artwork is received by the buyer, provided in good and satisfactory condition, the payment will be credited to your account within 5 working days. Hence, please ensure you give us the correct bank account details.

Are there any specifications of size of the image that I submit?

Yes, Maximum upload file size is : 1 MB i.e. 800 x 800 pixel dimension, please avoid using special characters (- @!#%^& " " , :/, >< ") as the file name.

Also, please make sure that you have edited out the borders and frames from the photograph. Images with border, background behind the artwork image, frame or text will not be accepted by Artwaley. Please ensure you upload the most recent artwork (newly made/edited) you made.

Please avoid using high brightness, exaggerating of colours, or higher contrast than the original artwork.

I have uploaded the image of my painting but it is still not showing on the website?

When you upload the image of your painting, it goes to our team for quality purpose. Once this is done the image is made LIVE on the website.

We follow the first come, first serve rule i.e. if there are many artworks waiting in the submission queue, then the artworks will gradually be uploaded in 1-2 working days.

Artwaley also has the liberty and the right to reject ones artwork in case, the art piece is larger than 1MB, incomplete descriptions, unclear or defective image, copied artworks.

Please follow the guidelines carefully while uploading the artworks/images. 

How to keep my profile and artworks on Artwaley?

You cannot display unavailable Artworks on Artwaley website. Please ensure the art piece you post, are unique and available with you at immediate effect.

Go to the 'Edit' Button and simply update or delete your artwork and re-post them.

Sure why not! We offer free Gift wrapping service on both framed and unframed art. Simply select the option for gift wrapping during checkout and put your Gift Message in the comments box.

We have our art gallery at the Taj Gateway Hotel in Hubli, Karnataka and a franchise store in Chennai currently. We intend to expand our Franchise stores all over India. We can be reached Mon- Sat 10:00AM to 6:00PM.
